Walking into the drab, smelly house that I was to take and turn into a cool spot that people would look at, book and stay, there was nothing memorable about the place. As a designer, your work is cut out for you and there's no direction, color theme or concept that is off the table. So, where do you go? What colors are you going to paint the walls? What features do you want to highlight within the space?

Simply put: How are you going to make it memorable?!
Simple answer: COLOR POPS!
| AFTER |
COLOR is the key! There is nothing that translates to viewers like a cool place that shows off some color in a cool way that IS NOT YOUR HOME. A short term rental should be a departure from your place, not your average spot and should feel like a staycation that you can't stay at all of the time. COLOR translates, COLOR creates intrigue and COLOR pops is the easiest way to make people STOP and TAKE NOTICE of your place.
And, better yet, now this house in on the market!
